Elizabeth Kennard specializes in Couples Therapy, as well as Individual Therapy for adults and adolescents aged 16 and older. Utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she helps couples strengthen their relationships by creating a supportive environment where they can explore and resolve conflicts, enhancing both their connection and communication.
In addition to her focus on couples, Elizabeth provides specialized support for individuals facing personal challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, and other mental health issues. Her practice is grounded in a client-centered and solution-focused methodology, using proven interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
