As a therapist, my role isn't to solve your problems for you, but rather to empower you to address them yourself. At the core of my approach is the development of a trusting relationship, characterized by mutual respect, openness, and empathy. This foundation allows me to provide you with the tools and clarity needed to navigate your own challenges effectively. I pride myself on being receptive, intuitive, and responsive, prioritizing your needs and insights as we collaboratively identify and build on your strengths. Together, we will explore solutions—be it acquiring new skills, fostering healthier thinking patterns, or establishing robust, positive core beliefs.

About EFT
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a cornerstone of my practice. This humanistic, evidence-based approach is rooted in attachment theory, which helps forge a secure and vibrant connection with oneself and others. EFT focuses on understanding and reshaping the emotional processes and interaction patterns that often lead to personal distress. Its effectiveness spans various settings, proving beneficial for individuals (EFIT), couples (EFCT), and families (EFFT), and it addresses a broad spectrum of issues, from marital strife to individual trauma. The method is backed by extensive empirical research, underscoring its credibility and acceptance within the therapeutic community.

Christian Counseling
While my services are available to everyone, I also offer the option to integrate a Christian faith-based perspective into our sessions, should that be your preference. This approach aligns with those seeking to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process, providing an additional layer of personal relevance and comfort.
